讲座介绍：	TCM, an oriental and complete medical system arising from a living tradition that spans at least 5,000 years from China. Resting upon a well-structured, solid and coherent theoretical basis (such as Yin-yang, five elements and meridian systems), TCM provides an integral framework for understanding, interpreting and organizing intervention in the human health-disease process. In this talk, participants will be given a brief introduction to TCM, to have a better understanding of how TCM works. Participants will also have the opportunity to discover they own body type (Yin or Yang) through a simple survey. To counter discomfort resulting from long flights and long hours at the work desk, participants will be introduced some of the acupressure techniques and acupoints commonly used to relieve oneself from such discomfort. Hands-on opportunities will be given where possible to gain a better experiential learning.
