讲座介绍：	Course Outline Tuina is one of the external therapeutic methods that commonly used in TCM. It is a combination of massage, acupressure and other forms of body manipulation. Tuina works by applying pressure to Acupoints, meridians and groups of muscles or nerves to remove blockages that prevent the flow of qi. Tuina has now become commonly suited for rectifying chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions (including soft tissue injuries) and stress-related disorders that affect the digestive and/or even respiratory systems etc. In summary, Tuina rectifies anatomical anomalies, alters the inner energy state of the biological system and adjusts the bio-information of the body.
