胃癌前病变属难治性疾病，西医无特效方法药物，中医有其疗效优势，临床辨证与辨病结合能显著提高疗效。中医的主要病机特点和不同阶段的治法。

（一）：针对不同胃病中药的宜忌，临床应用要点及注意方法。（二）：中医药对肝病的保肝降酶具有优势疗效，有中药具有一定抗乙肝病毒作用，常用保肝药方药的应用。

Topic 1: TCM is an oriental and complete medical system arising from a living tradition that spans at least 5,000 years from China. Resting upon a well-structured, solid and coherent theoretical basis (such as Yin-yang, five elements and meridian systems), TCM provides an integral framework for understanding, interpreting and organizing intervention in the human health-disease process. In this talk, participants will be given a brief introduction to TCM, to have a better understanding of how TCM works and how it defers from Western medicine. Topic 2: Acupuncture is a popular and effective form of TCM therapy. In Singapore, only registered TCM practitioners are allowed to practise acupuncture. For the general public, acupressure is therefore a more viable method for self-treatment and healthcare purposes. For acupressure to be effective, basic understanding of meridian theory and acupoints is necessary. By applying pressure on selected acupoints and/or meridians, the body’s energy and blood circulation can be improved, thereby enhancing our health and vitality. This talk will cover some of the commonly used acupoints. With this knowledge, we will touch on the common symptoms due to stress and long hours in front of a computer, and how one can use acupressure techniques to relieve such strain and fatigue. Demonstration on identifying and locating the commonly used acupoints will also be given during the talk. Other common methods used in TCM such as herbal teas will also be briefly touched on.

讲题（一）：舌苔的变化能反映机体脏腑寒、热、虚、实的病邪性质和病位的深浅，对消化系统疾病尤其重视舌苔的苔色和苔质的观察，临床如何针对不同的舌苔选择用药，对恢复消化功能及疾病的康复具有重要意义。不同舌苔判断及用药方法。 讲题（二）：肝硬化属难治性慢性疾病，中医药在改善肝硬化症状、控制和延缓肝硬化进程具有疗效作用，在肝硬化不同阶段，中医治疗的重点和方法及效果不一。临床除了在正常辨证论治的基础上，仍有一些治疗中的疑难问题，如是否一直用活血化瘀？门静脉高压导致食道胃底静脉曲张是否可逆转？如何使用峻下逐水药？行气消胀药为何常常无效？黄疸难以消退怎么办？就上述问题通过医案进行讨论分析。

讲题（三）：中医治疗功能性胃肠病具有疗效优势。功能性胃病和功能性肠病的概念，西医的困惑，中医的优势。中医辨证治疗方药、临床用药特点和方法案例介绍。 讲题（四）：选择不同朝代古典医籍中有关脾胃病治则、治法的经典载论，进行解释分析，以指导临床实践。

通过老年人的生理特点，了解老年人常见症状及疾病，介绍老年人常用的养生调护方法。

Meridians are fundamental elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Optimizing the flow of Qi in the meridians is a fundamental principle of acupuncture. Likewise, in modern medicine neural and musculoskeletal physiology determines recovery after joint and muscle injuries. There are many parallels between meridian and neuro-muscular anatomy. Acupuncture can work in synergy with modern medicine to prepare patients preoperatively as well as enhance their post-operative recovery.

近年来心血管病患者有增多趋势。在人的一生中，从婴幼儿到老年各个阶段都能罹患不同病因的心脏病。本讲座将介绍各种常见心脏病的发病机制、病理、临床表现与诊断防治方面的知识以及近年来的有关进展。

皮肤病是临床常见疾病，种类很多，各种皮肤病表现各不相同，给临床诊断及治疗带来很多问题，许多皮肤病西医治疗效果不佳，或长时间西药治疗有一定的副作用，医生和病人都有困惑，而中医药对一些皮肤病有较好的疗效，有一定的优势，此次讲座主要对一些常见皮肤病的中医治疗展开较为全面的介绍，有常见过敏性皮肤病，如湿疹、荨麻疹、药疹辨证论治及进展；顽固性皮肤病，如银屑病的古今认识，名家经验，最新进展，热点问题等；皮肤附属器疾病，如脱发、痤疮中医进展，辨证论治等；常见色素障碍性疾病，如黄褐斑、白癜风的辨证论治及进展等，其目的是让临床工作者了解掌握中医药治疗各种皮肤病的有效方法。（详情请见“报名表格”）

（一）认识艾灸：介绍艾灸，其治病原理及功效；认识艾叶、艾绒、艾条、艾柱及各类艾灸工具；了解常用的艾灸方法、适应症及其注意事项。 （二）“艾”护身体，“灸”出病根1：常见内科疾病的灸疗，包括痹证（颈椎病、肩周炎、腰背痛、退行性膝关节炎、足跟痛）等。 （三）“艾”护身体，“灸”出病根2：常见妇科及男科疾病的灸疗，包括月经不调、痛经、子宫脱垂、尿频、夜尿等。

中药制剂是指在中医药理论的指导下，根据法定处方或其它有规定依据的处方，将中药材加工制成具有一定质量标准、可直接用于临床的适宜剂型。 传统中药制剂的每一种剂型都有各自的特点，本系列讲座，将介绍常用剂型的制备技术，重点突出常用剂型的有关概念、制备工艺和质量控制，根据制法特点选用具体实例，通过实验，让大家充分了解剂型的特点、处方组成、工艺流程和质量控制等中药制剂的基本知识。 第一讲，将介绍膏方及蜜丸的制备，大家一起动手，学习如何制备枇杷膏及六味地黄丸。 第二讲，将介绍颗粒剂及胶囊的制备，大家一起动手，学习如何制备板蓝大青颗粒及六味地黄胶囊。 由于此讲座涉及实际操作，每班人数限定30位。

本讲座将解剖、生理、病理等医学基础与脑血管疾病的发生、发展及临床表现进行有机的联系，以求对这些疾病有较为全面的了解。

讲座简介：小儿推拿调理是在中医基础理论指导下，根据小儿的生理病理特点，在其体表特定的穴位或部位施以手法推拿。小儿推拿手法简单易用，是自然、物理的儿童调理方式，疗效最显著于6岁以下的婴幼儿。 讲座内容：小儿推拿调理的基础知识、操作技能，小儿推拿常用的特定穴，小儿推拿手法，小儿推拿注意事项，以及小儿常见不适症，如咳嗽、发热、腹泻、便秘、厌食等。学员会在导师的指导下，亲自为小儿推拿，学习常用手法及取穴。 讲座时间：共24小时，分8次课，每次3小时。（后4次课，每位学员可以携带1名5岁至10岁的小儿，在导师的指导下，亲自为小儿推拿，学习常用手法及取穴。小儿护理责任自负。手法实训过程中务必妥善保护好儿童。）

时常感冒、上火、便秘怎么办？睡眠品质不佳、影响白天工作效率又该如何改善？您是否常因处于“亚健康”状态而深感困扰？近年来中医药保健越来越受到国人重视，学习中医药知识亦深受广大人民群众欢迎。正所谓“是药三分毒”，如今市面上也能看到许多由中药复方制成的成药，虽然使用方便，但要取得良好的效果，则需正确无误地选用中成药。本课程将带领学员系统化地了解常见中药的功效、药材之间的配伍并掌握中成药方剂的选用技巧，以起到防病保健的目的。

Topic 1: Know your Body Constitutions to Eat Right and Live Right Synopsis: Herbal soups and drinks are commonly used in TCM to cure illness. In many cases, they also have been used in our daily life, knowingly or unknowingly, as a form of food nutrition and healthcare to strengthen our health or alleviate our uncomfortable symptoms such as excessive phlegm, heatiness and cough etc. In some cases, some of the herbal soups and drinks that you have tried may be effective on one occasion but on another occasion, they are either ineffective or could worsen your symptoms. One of the main reasons is due to individual body constitution. The concept of body constitution is widely applied in the practice of TCM. Body constitution consideration is an important process for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and it also lays the foundation for health promotion and disease prevention. This talk will cover the nine different types of body constitution. It will also provide an opportunity for the participants to identify their own individual body constitution. For different types of body constitution, relevant and suitable herbal soups/recipes will be introduced. The speaker will also explain some of the easily available off-the-shelf herbal soups/recipes purpose and efficacy. Through a better understanding of individual body constitution and various herbal soups/recipes, one can then able to select the appropriate herbal soups/recipes to achieve the right healing effect. Topic 2: Basic TCM Acupressure and Applications Synopsis: Acupuncture is very popular and common TCM treatment in Singapore. However, practising acupuncture treatment is restricted to qualification and safety issues. Instead, acupressure is more practicable TCM method for the general public. Acupressure works on fundamental principle theory of TCM. By applying pressure on certain acupoints, this will help to relief blockages that have obstructed the flow of qi, which normally is one of the main causes of pain. Removing these blockages restores the balance of qi in the body, promoting blood circulation, providing smooth passage of the channels so as to improved health and vitality. This talk will cover the fundamental knowledge of meridians and acupoints. Some of the commonly used acupoints will be introduced. By learning these commonly used acupoints, you will be able to practise to relief some of the commonly illness faced by teaching staff and office workers, such as pain management and insomnia, and strengthen your body condition. Hands-on practice will also be included to identify and locate the various meridians and commonly used acupoints.
