From 20 to 24 June 2026, our College organized a five-day Singapore–Nanjing TCM Experiential Tour. 14 participants from the 2025 batch of TCM Basic Theory and Clinic Assistants course (conducted in English) embarked on a meaningful journey of cultural exploration revolving TCM.
Key highlights of the tour included a visit to the Jiangsu Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine and participation in an Auricular Therapy workshop at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, where participants gained valuable insights through hands-on and interactive activities. Participants also attended a session on the identification and differentiation of various types of Chinese herbs, enhancing their understanding of the characteristics, functions, and dietary applications of the herbs.
The programme also included visits to renowned landmarks such as Confucius Temple, Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum, Xuanwu Lake and Slender West Lake, allowing participants to appreciate the rich culture and history of Nanjing and Yangzhou. Friendships were deepened among classmates and our College looks forward to organizing more of such TCM cultural exchange programmes in future.
